Products
All products as depicted on this website are available for local delivery only. Certain flower products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. Photos and visual representations of products represent an overall style and look, which we may not be able to replicate in some instances identically. The overall design style will always be preserved. Seasons, market conditions, and availability may cause each arrangement to vary. We will always make sure that the whole scheme will match the aesthetic. Any substituted items will be of equal or higher value.
Prices
Prices listed on the bloomingblossomsdesign.com website are subject to change to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers. We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the bloomingblossomsdesign.com website.
Orders / Payment
During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including your accurate post codes, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. By clicking on the 'checkout' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service and appearing anywhere on the bloomingblossomsdesign.com website.
Cancellation
If an order placed through bloomingblossomsdesign.com needs to be canceled, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the flower order has been delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if an order is placed but the information provided prevents flower delivery (ex: a wrong office or home address). The customer can obtain new information so that the flower order can then be properly delivered using the correct information.
